**The Role**: As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for university students, especially those interested in healthcare, to gain hands-on experience in a medical setting while developing key administrative and customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage appointment bookings and patient flow efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information
- Handle patient registration and update medical records
- Process patient billing and payments (mixed billing system)
- Liaise with medical staff to ensure smooth coordination of patient care
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support the team as needed
