**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for motivated, positive and hardworking individuals for **Full-time, Part-Time and Casual Retail Sales Representatives** to help launch in Sydney..

**As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be required to**:

- Proactively engage with and promote Aerre to retail consumers
- Drive interest amongst consumers for our clients’ product range
- Sell products/bundles in shopping centres within western Sydney to achieve KPIs
- Showcase, promote and sample some of the hottest scents and fragrances around
- Proactive engage and test customer response to fragrances
- Generate leads for follow up sales
- Report accurate data and provide consumer feedback

**Location: Broadway**

**Hours/Days**: Hours and days are flexible across retail hours

**Salary**: Competitive salary package plus commissions on offer

**About you**:

- Fantastic work ethic and excellent attitude
- Previous sales experience highly advantageous
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
- Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad provided by the company

This role involves dealing with a high number of consumers within a busy pop up store in major shopping centres so great communication skills, quick thinking and fantastic presentation are all non-negotiables.
