Customer Service Officer (Rydalmere)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **Customer Service Operator **to join our International client who specializes in electrical equipment to start ASAP in **Rydalmere!**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services.

For this reason we are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have outstanding attention to detail.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Order processing via SAP
- Taking inbound calls
- Answering general product enquiries
- Order processing
- Data entry
- Assisting with reporting/data entry
- Following up on installations
- Stock management
- General administrative tasks

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Min 1+ years SAP experience (preferred)
- 2 years proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to set deadlines & in a busy environment
- Own transport
- Full working rights
- Can work Monday
- Friday (38hrs pw)
