About the Role As our Relief Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Boutique Leader in driving store performance while providing consistent leadership and stability to the team. While this is a relief position, there is potential for ongoing opportunities within the business. This is a full-time position based in Merrylands. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide strong on-floor leadership, ensuring consistency, accountability, and team engagement
- Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
- Support roster management and wage control in line with business needs
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Drive a positive store culture aligned with SHEIKE values
- Act as a key support to the Boutique Leader during this transition period About You
- Previous retail management experience is essential (fashion highly regarded)
- A strong, confident leader who can step into an established team and make an immediate impact
