Strategic FMCG Finance Analyst — Hybrid (Parramatta)

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this role will see you partnering closely with senior and state-based stakeholders to support key commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with key commercial stakeholders across the business
- Delivering financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Driving financial accountability aligned to budget and strategic objectives
- Monitoring and analysing CAPEX and OPEX, including risk identification
- Supporting initiatives aligned to sustainable and responsible business outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, innovation, and benchmarking
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, providing meaningful insights
- Analysing large datasets to inform project outcomes and business strategy About You:
- CA/CPA qualified with experience in a similar commercial finance role
- 4–5 years’ experience within FMCG or retail in a commercial finance capacity
- Experience operating in a large, matrix-style organisation (preferred)
- Naturally curious with a proactive, forward-thinking approach
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data
- Confident communicator, able to present insights to senior stakeholders Why Apply:
