Warehouse Coordinator (Rydalmere)

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with a passion for the events industry. This is a casual position, based at our Sydney warehouse in Rydalmere.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Stock control, ensuring all inventory is in good working order and available for events
- Be constantly aware of the property inventory, location of equipment, oversee tidiness of the warehouse
- Report all damaged equipment & assist in coordinating repairs where needed
- Participate in regular stock takes under direction of the Regional Operations Manager
- Follow all warehouse processes to ensure protected, effective storage & distribution of Audio-visual and S&D; stock
- Ensure the scheduled day for deliveries is met
- Ensure all guidelines, processes and principles are followed

**Your Background**
- Forklift desirable
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Has or willing to get their test & tag license
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Ability to work after hours (when necessary)
