**Location**:Sydney NSW, AU, 2116**Type of Employment**:Full-time**Career Level**:Professional**Job Family**: **Date posted**:Feb 4, 2026Reporting into the projects supervisor, the role will have responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of contractor works during projects, which will include completing pre works site inspections.**Areas of responsibility and tasks**Investigation of project activities and ensuring all works required projects works are able to be carried out. Oversee specialist sub-contractors Undertake appropriate training with the addition of new equipment and systems as and when necessary, via formal and informal training, including on the job training. Supervise the delivery of a wide range of projects in accordance with current national/local standards, guidance, specifications and best practice. Ensure the required documentation is up to standard and record-keeping systems are up to date and communicated with the team. Any other duties reasonably requested within the skills required for the role. Identifying trends and recommending improvement strategies, innovations.**Knowledge & Skills** The key competencies and capabilities for this role are:High level of communication skills will be necessary as you will be expected to liaise with other parts of the business and with customers.
