Production Planner (Rydalmere)

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Assist and work in Operation and Production teams for day-to-day work, Including:

- Planning for production jobs according to sales forecast and sales orders.
- Preparing and issuing batch documents for review and execution.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure production jobs are on schedule.
- Monitoring stock level and raising purchase requests to Procurement to ensure timely restock of products.
- Manage new projects as directed by the senior managers
- Work closely with QA, Sales and Warehouse team
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Manager or senior executives

**Skills and experience**

Must have:

- At least 1~2 years of experience in planning.
- Strong in prioritizing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English. Chinese speaking is a bonus.

Good to have:

- Background in relevant industries (eg. chemistry, manufacturing, food).
- Accounting and other qualifications with planning work experiences are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
