We're looking for a **Architectural Draftsman** to join our dynamic design team! You'll be the linchpin, translating creative visions into exact technical drawings for fabrication and installation. But that's not all! You'll also flex your 3D modeling muscles, dive into artwork specs, and be the go-to Revit guru for the whole team.

- Lead the technical drafting process for complex construction projects.
- Produce flawless, detailed technical drawings and documentation.
- Ensure all drawings meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the production design team to enhance overall performance.
- Efficient and accurate translation of 3D designs into 3D production documents using
- Expocentric’s Revit template and libraries.
- Follow the company's process and standards to create high-quality production drawings for exhibitions installation
- Creating technical drawings for fabrication and prepare DXF files for CNC
- Creating technical drawings for Industric (club interior section of Expocentric)
- Changing production drawings based on variations and mark-ups
- Responsible for Revit production template and library development
- Undertake training modules for all aspects of the design team, 3D Design, production/technical drawings, and creating artwork specifications and approvals
- Supporting the other departments that make up the design team by:

- Creating 3D designs and visualizations
- Creating artwork specifications and approval documents.
- Revit assistance/training

**Skills**:

- Background or experience in architecture, interiors, engineering, industrial design, drafting or similar
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in technical drafting for construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Revit is essential. (Minimum 5+ years’ experience of Revit)
- Basic AutoCAD skills for CNC
- Experienced with different materials and building methods and processes
- An understating of the exhibition fabrication and installation process would be an advantage
- An understanding of Aluvision, BeMatrix, or similar modular exhibition systems would be an advantage
- Good eye for detail
- Proven track record of handling hundreds of pages of technical drawings
- Strong command of English in writing and verbally
- Work well under pressure, sometimes to very tight deadlines
