We service a large portfolio of Builders.

If you have strong administration and data entry skills and pride yourself on your attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role with the option to also work from our North Ryde or Paramatta office.

**What the day will look like**

This role provides national administration support to the Warranty Insurance team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation, lodgement and invoicing of insurance policies
- Completing various administration tasks including data entry
- Ensuring the integrity of our internal CRM's

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

You will be someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment.

Perhaps you have worked in a similar administration processing role, where you are used to being busy and enjoy completing repetitive tasks or someone who is looking for an entry level role.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- verbal and written
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
