Seeking an experienced **Customer Service Consultant** to join our International client who specializes in electrical equipment to start ASAP in **Rydalmere!**
One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services. For this reason we are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have great attention to detail.
**Responsibilities;**
- Order processing via SAP
- Taking inbound calls
- Answering general product enquiries
- Order processing
- Data entry
- Assisting with reporting/data entry
- Following up on installations
- Stock management
- General administrative tasks
**What you will need to succeed;**
- Min 1+ years SAP experience (essential)
- 2 years proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to set deadlines & in a busy setting
- Own transport
- Full working rights
- Can work Monday
- Friday (38hrs pw)
