Customer Service Officer Rydalmere

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Operator to join our international client, who specializes in electrical equipment, in Rydalmere. This is a outstanding chance to start ASAP and contribute to a quick-paced and dynamic team.

About the Role:

The key focus of this role is to manage and process orders from both active and existing clients regarding a wide range of products and services. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals with great attention to detail to take on this essential role in customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders via SAP efficiently and accurately.

Take inbound calls and respond to general product enquiries.

Manage order processing and ensure all orders are completed on time.

Data entry and assisting with reporting.

Follow up on installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle stock management and assist with inventory control.

Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

Experience Required:

A minimum of 1+ year of experience with SAP.

At least 1+ year of experience in order processing.

Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience in an office environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work to set deadlines and handle a busy workload.

Own transport required.

Full working rights within Australia (No Visa holders).

Available to work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time role with the potential for a temp-to-perm transition.

Immediate availability is required.
