Beaumont People require a Customer Support Officer to join a busy team, providing support to users of a key government portal, including internal and external people.

You’ll be working in a small team, managing and resolving incidents/requests in accordance with standard guidelines, working collaboratively in a fun and agile setting.

Preference will be given to those available immediately, or on short notice.

This is an initial 3-month contract hire, with a view to potential extension. The work will be a mix of onsite (2 days at Parramatta) and WFH.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and triage user and system issues via multiple channels.

Escalate Issues for further investigation and resolution to our technical team.

Identify key issues and trends for escalation to senior management.

Triage enquiries, complaints efficiently and assist with general advice relating to exhibitions, policy, Major Projects, triage enquiries and resolve complaints.

An ability to provide high quality friendly customer service.

The capacity to work independently as well as with a team

Excellent verbal communication skills

Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive outcome and that KPIs are met.
