- Explain our investment and insurance products to clients.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and guide them accordingly.
- Help clients with account opening and required documentation.
- Look for opportunities to offer additional products or services.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Work with operations and compliance teams to complete client processes smoothly.
**Skills Required**:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products like mutual funds and SIPs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of CRM or client management systems.
**Qualifications**
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
