- Opportunity to work within our Housing NSW contract- At the Ventia Operations Centre, we work closely with a diverse range of clients. This exciting role will be specifically dealing with our clients within the Housing industry.**The roles will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days per week across Monday to Sunday. The shift times on offer are varied between 7am to 7pm. The position offers $34.58 per hour** **under our Clerks Award > Adult Level 3** **+ extra $$ for weekend shifts.**

**A day in the life**:
- Respond to medium volume inbound calls from Housing clients.
- Match client needs to solutions and first call resolutions.
- Manage and provide exceptional customer experience through dispatching work orders.
- Case management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolution.
- Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documents.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Previous customer service, trade coordinator or call centre experience desirable.
- Have strong passion for customer experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be tech savvy, have strong keyboard skills.
- You enjoy a fast paced, medium/high-volume environment.
