**Location**:**Parramatta

**Salary**: From $116,524 base + super

**Tenure**: Full-Time, Permanent

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong desire to contribute your skills and expertise to our business
- Someone who is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent / identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by the community in which they were born, has lived or currently lives
- A commitment to promoting and preserving Aboriginal culture and value
- 5 years demonstrated experience in the management of project / program controls across a portfolio of projects, including reporting requirements
- High proficiency in management systems such as MS Project, D365 and Power BI
- Working knowledge of project controls methods and techniques
- **Nice to Have**:Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince 2 and PMBOK
- **Preferred**:Construction, utilities and civil infrastructure background

**What you will work on**:

- Development and Maintenance Project schedules for the Asset Delivery / Asset Planning / Major Projects Departments including costs for monthly reporting and as required by Project managers
- Development and Maintenance of the Cost tool for projects monthly report and as required by the Project Managers
- Monitor and evaluate all stages of the project life cycle to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for projects
- Ensure compliance with Project Control processes and reporting across projects
- Facilitate monthly project reviews and challenge data with stakeholders as required to ensure accurate and robust reporting
