Bar Attendant - The Meat & Wine Co Parramatta

The Meat & Wine Co are looking for experienced and dedicated Bar Attendants to become part of our professional and hard-working team. Our Parramatta restaurant forms part of a vibrant, passionate and dynamic national team. Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co has a unique atmosphere and ambiance which is dedicated to our African heritage whilst still having reference to Australian surroundings. The successful applicants will have:
- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
- High level of wine knowledge, working with a large wine list
- Able to offer expert advice on all menu items, including food, wine and other beverages
- Solid understanding of serving customers in an A La Carte environment, following sequence of service standards
- Ability to learn and follow recipes and standards for cocktail list, with and understanding of the classics too
- A minimum of 1+ years of restaurant/bar experience
- Impeccable presentation, grooming and communication standards
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays You will be rewarded with:
