Building Maintenance Trades Person (Rydalmere)

About the Role This is a excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Handy Person to work with our team on our smaller works and projects. The role would involve hands-on carpentry and building works for our maintenance services & small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas. The role also includes a company supplied vehicle. Duties Include:
- Adapting to fast-changing situations
- Minor building and carpentry works for our small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas
- Completing WHS documentation
- Some measuring, setting out and organising of trades Skills & Experience
- Carpentry trade or equivalent qualification (desirable but not necessary)
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid driver's license
- Experience leading a small team (desirable but not necessary)
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
