We are currently seeking multiple Customer Operations Support Officers to join a high-performing team within a leading Australian bank, based in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within banking operations, with solid training, support, and potential for longer‑term opportunities.

About the Role

You will play a key role within Everyday Banking Operations, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of critical banking functions.

Responsibilities

Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently

Handling account maintenance and updates

Supporting current account setup

Responding to general customer and internal queries

Assisting with more complex data processing tasks

Supporting vulnerable customers with care and urgency

Helping resolve issues and reconcile accounts

This is a high‑volume, process‑driven environment where attention to detail and consistency are key.

About You

Highly reliable and take pride in their work

Comfortable working in a structured, repetitive environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Positive, resilient, and willing to learn

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or banking is beneficial but not essential.

What's on Offer

$38.99 per hour

Monday to Friday, 9‑am – 5‑pm

Hybrid working model after initial training period (first 3 months onsite)
