We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is a excellent prospect for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

Duties:

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies

Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

Analyze customer inquiries to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers

Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi -Punjabi is preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Solid phone etiquette and active listening skills

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

Customer service experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.10
- $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
