About the role

We are looking to recruit a qualified trainer and assessor to be a part of our Academic Team for the following qualification.

Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422)

As a trainer and assessor, you will be delivering and assessing the units as per the VET Quality Framework.

Tasks & responsibilities

Design, deliver, and assess units of competency that sets a high standard as per organisation policy and procedure.

Familiarise and contribute to reviewing of training and assessment strategy for the qualification that is being delivered.

Mentor and support students in their academic activities.

Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings.

Maintain currency in relevant fields as per ASQA requirements.

Qualifications & experience

Applicants must have experience in training and assessment and should hold current industry skills and comprehension.

Should hold Certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE40116) or relevant degree.

Should have industry experience and relevant qualifications.

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work without direct supervision.

Should be maintaining current Skilled Development (PD).

Pay: $45.00
- $55.00 per hour
