A great full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Production Fitter to join our Parramatta Creek Processing Factory!

**About the role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Production Fitter provides support to ensure the effective, timely, and high-quality maintenance of our site equipment and machinery. You will:

- Support production operations by maintaining and promptly repairing processing and associated equipment.
- Identify preventative maintenance needs to minimise disruptions from unforeseen failures.
- Document maintenance activities in the MEX system, ensuring compliance with QA site requirements.

Located at our Parramatta Creek Processing factory, this is a full-time role, working the dayshift Monday to Friday.

**About you**
- Certificate III Mechanical Engineer and demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience with MIG/TIG welding and MEX system.
- A current driver’s license and forklift ticket.
- Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic workplace.
- Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm while working in a changing environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
