- Proven successful sales track record in a scripted Contact Centre sales environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly phone based
- Solid commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team and achieve performance objectives
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
- Ability to work under pressure
