Job Description

Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.

Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Liaise with tenants and property owners to address inquiries and concerns promptly.

Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Prepare and manage lease agreements and relevant documentation.

Monitor rental payments and address arrears as required.

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive rental pricing.

Maintain accurate property records and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:

Previous experience in property management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
