Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients through calls, referrals, or leads.

Explain our investment and insurance products to clients.

Understand clients’ financial needs and guide them accordingly.

Help clients with account opening and required documentation.

Look for opportunities to offer additional products or services.

Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress.

Work with operations and compliance teams to complete client processes smoothly.

Skills Required:

Positive communication and people skills.

Basic knowledge of financial products like mutual funds and SIPs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Basic understanding of CRM or client management systems.

Qualifications

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Ability to organize and prioritize work.
