We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Cluster Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs, David Lawrence & sass and bidefor our ParramattaMyer and David Jones concession store.

We have a exciting prospect for an experienced full time Cluster Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.

This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster, no late nights.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;

Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;

Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;

Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;

Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;

Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;

An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;

A huge passion for fashion;

Robust leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and

Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
