Australian College of Applied Business is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality education and training that empowers students to succeed in their chosen career paths. We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Trainer and Assessor to join our growing team.
We are seeking for Trainer and Assessor for the following qualifications:
Certificate IV in Business
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Certificate III in Individual Support
Diploma of Community Services
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and assess accredited training programs in the qualification listed above
Develop engaging learning materials and assessment tools in line with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to students to ensure positive learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records in accordance with compliance and RTO standards.
Stay up to date with industry practices and VET sector regulations.
About You
Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).:
Possess vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
Have recent and relevant industry experience in the qualification you will be teaching.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A student-focused approach and commitment to quality training.
Desirable
Experience delivering training to diverse student groups (including international students).
Knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements.
Ability to contribute to continuous improvement processes.
