Customer Service representative (Full Time) Merrylands / Sydney DBM Supplies Pty Ltd is a rapid-growing, building materials supplier, specialising in concrete, reinforcement, wall systems, and related products. We are committed to excellent service and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a strong, friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to our our Merrylands Office Team. About the Role Key responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, via phone and email.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and orders.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently About You
- Strong communication and customer management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
- Confident problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience in construction, concrete, reinforcement, or building materials is highly regarded, but not essential. The right attitude and ability to take ownership is more important. What This Role Requires
