As a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of planting and grounds maintenance across multiple sites, while leading your team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise in best horticultural practices, safety protocols, and landscaping equipment will play a critical role in the success of our maintenance projects. - Lead and manage a team to ensure high-quality work and efficient project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the National Maintenance Manager to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Ensure all projects are completed safely and in line with company safety protocols.
- Oversee on-site landscape management, from formal gardens to parks and open spaces.
- Diagnose and treat plant deficiencies, pest issues, and diseases.
- Manage irrigation systems, including programming and maintenance.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
- Utilise machinery and hand tools for mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and landscape maintenance. Our Offer to You.

- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture (desirable)
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Preferred certifications: Working from Heights, Rope Access, showcasing commitment to safety and versatility Experience:
- 3+ years in landscape maintenance, with a robust background in horticulture Skills & Attributes:
- Full driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Passion for outdoor work and environmental improvement
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
