We’re now looking for an inspiring and experienced **Store Manager** to lead our high-performing team and deliver exceptional results.

**About the Role**

As our **Store Manager,** you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning and performance management
- Ensuring inventory integrity by minimising stock loss and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Managing visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards
- Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment
- Upholding high service standards and consistently meeting key performance indicators
- Managing your team’s performance, training and the recruitment of new staff sales staff.

**About You**

We're seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. You will bring:

- At least 3+ years proven experience managing or supervising in a premium or high-volume retail or hospitality setting
- Solid business and commercial acumen, with a results-driven mindset
- A hands-on approach and a commitment to leading by example
- The ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and embodying the Bath & Body Works brand.
- Qualification in business, sales or marketing are highly regarded.

Pay: $75,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
