Accounts Receivable Specialist Parramatta

Your Current Opportunity:

A fulfilling 12-month fixed-term full-time opportunity is now available within our Home Health Finance Team. As one of our Accounts Receivable Specialists, you will play a crucial role in claiming Home Care Package subsidies through the Government portal. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately inputting customers into the correct Service IDs and collecting subsidies from these IDs, ensuring thorough reconciliation of claims.

What your role looks like:

Collecting, receipting and managing payments

Reconciliations, debt management and business partnering.

Raising customer invoices and relevant billing tasks

Answering inbound calls related to customer accounts.

Claiming subsidies from various government portals

Excel work (Pivot & VLookup)

About You:

Experience working in a fast-paced Administration setting and ability to multi-task (essential)

Proven experience working in Accounts Receivable (essential)

Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)

Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with our clients

A strong interest in accounting and a genuine love for working with numbers

Experience working in reconciliation of home care package subsidy

Experience processing a high volume of work whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

Highly organised and can use your initiative working autonomously

A positive mind set and versatile approach to work and tackling issues
