B2B Sales Representative – Wholesale Rugs

We are a growing wholesale rug business seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our Sydney-based team. This is a role for someone who truly understands rugs, trends and what retail buyers are looking for.

If you have 3+ years of hands-on rug industry experience and strong relationships within the interiors, furniture, or flooring space, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and trade accounts across NSW (and nationally where required). This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on long‑term partnerships, strategic growth, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing B2B wholesale accounts

Proactively identify and secure recent retail and trade partners

Present new collections, trends, and product launches

Understand margin structures, pricing strategies, and volume forecasting

Attend trade shows and industry events

Work closely with internal teams on stock, forecasting, and customer requirements

Achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

3+ years of rug industry experience & rug product knowledge (essential)

Established relationships within furniture, homewares, flooring, or interior retail sectors

Confident presenting to buyers and business owners

Commercially minded with solid negotiation skills

Self‑motivated and driven

Based in Sydney
