We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional support is delivered across all customer interactions.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on team performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Main Objectives Lead, support, and develop the customer service team. Ensure customer enquiries, orders, and service requests are managed efficiently and professionally. Manage escalated customer matters and provide effective solutions. Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement process improvements to support business operations. Work collaboratively with internal departments including sales, warehouse, and operations.

About You Previous experience in a customer service leadership or management role. Solid leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. A proactive and solutions‑focused approach. Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience handling escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems. The ability to motivate and support a positive team culture.
