About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Grill, Pasta, and Fryer Chef to join our kitchen team on Church Street, Parramatta. This is a secure Part time position on a rotating roster.

Important: Friday and Saturday night availability is strictly required for this role.

Payroll Note: This is a fully taxed position paid into your bank account. Strictly no cash in hand.

Experience & Attitude: Priority will be given to experienced candidates. No experience? If you have a great "can-do" attitude, are highly reliable, and show us you want to learn during a trial shift, we are happy to train you!

Job Duties: Cook meals on the grill, pasta, and fryer stations quickly and correctly. Prep ingredients and keep track of stock levels. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and sanitary at all times. Check that all food is fresh and prevent cross-contamination. Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to get orders out on time.

Requirements: Must be available to work every Friday and Saturday. Hardworking, reliable, and always on time. Ability to work quick under pressure. Must have valid Australian work rights.

Wage & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience) Plus Superannuation paid on top of your hourly wage Stable Hours: Secure, consistent part time rostered hours every week once you know your section well Legal Pay: Fully on-the-books, legal Australian employment
