- Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 8.
- Parramatta South campus with adaptable working arrangements
- Salary: $118,969 – $132,069 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. Shape curriculum-embedded library learning that strengthens student success across Western.
The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovation in curriculum-embedded library services and make a tangible impact on student success across the University. As Library Learning Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in building strong, strategic partnerships with Faculties and the Division of Education and Students. You’ll work at the intersection of teaching, learning, and digital innovation, helping to transform how students engage with knowledge in their disciplines. As part of the Library’s Leadership Group, you will contribute to strategic Library leadership initiatives and lead the Library’s Learning Partnerships Team. Partnering with academic leaders and teaching teams, you will design and scale forward-thinking approaches that embed library expertise, digital capability, and academic skills directly into the curriculum. This is a role for someone who thrives on influence and collaboration, and who is motivated to drive meaningful change at scale. You’ll also champion inclusive and culturally responsive learning, leading initiatives aligned with the Library Indigenous Strategy and ensuring our services empower diverse student communities. - Influence curriculum design and teaching practice across disciplines
- Work collaboratively with passionate academic and professional leaders

About You
- Degree in library and information science or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience with ALIA eligibility
- Demonstrated leadership in curriculum-embedded library services within higher education
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing professional teams
- Strong understanding of contemporary learning design and inclusive teaching practices
