Accounts & Finance
- Process supplier invoices and manage timely payments
- Experience with Xero accounting software is required
- Assist with payroll setup and processing
- Maintain vendor records and manage supplier relationships
- Light Book Keeping and Accounting work Administration & Office Management
- Manage incoming calls and email correspondence
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist CEO with all administrative and operational tasks Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years' experience in administration and/or accounts support
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with XERO preferred
- Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation is required What We're Looking For
