This is a rare prospect for an ambitious Advice professional to step into a mature, self‑licensed AFSL advice business with an established book of clients, strong internal support and a genuine commercial pathway. You will join a highly regarded advice firm with more than 36 years in market, deep client relationships and a leadership team that understands how to help advisers grow revenue properly. The role blends diverse client strategy, client engagement, business development and long‑term advice relationships.

This is a strong step‑up opportunity for a capable Financial Planning support professional who wants to get closer to advice, strategy and client relationships. You will work closely with a Senior Financial Adviser, helping drive client meetings, file notes, action items, Xplan upkeep, lodgements and the preparation of strategy materials. The role also brings real technical exposure across SOAs, financial modelling, research, asset allocation and investment support. This position suits someone who already understands the rhythm of an advice business and wants more responsibility, more client interaction and more involvement in the quality of advice delivery. - Support adviser meetings, presentations and follow‑up actions.
- Own file notes, task progression and implementation workflow.
- Help maintain Xplan and broader practice systems.
- Assist with client paperwork and preparation of lodgements.
- Support compliance requirements across the advice process.
- Oversee SOA preparation, review and refinement with the Senior Adviser.
