Our customer‑centric solution offers simpler and faster access to government transactions through our digital channels, a 7‑day‑a‑week phone service and an expanding network of service centres. We currently partner with over 50 agencies to offer over 1,000 NSW Government transactions. About the Team As a Business Concierge, you will be responsible for supporting businesses at every stage of their journey, offering personalised guidance, resources and support both in person and over the phone. You will work closely with aspiring business owners and businesses in your local area to assist them start, manage and grow. You will build and maintain solid relationships and proactively engage with the community to understand and respond to their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support and case management to small businesses
- Proactively engage with businesses in your community
- Engage with stakeholders (e.g., local councils) and partner with them to support businesses in your local area
- Partner with your Team Leader and Business Relationship Manager to plan and deliver outreach activities, including events and presentations
- Support inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone and digital channels
