Customer Service Representative Strathfield, Castle Hill, Parramatta Part‑Time | 3 – 4 days per week Matrix Education is hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to join the team at our Strathfield, Parramatta or Castle Hill locations. Working hours are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift. - Ownership of end‑to‑end enrolment management, from trial lessons, enrolment to retention.
- Management of customer profiles and enrolments on the CRM.
- Delivery of internal communications at the campus level.

- Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, administration or call centre.
