- $125,719.00 pa, plus superannuation and leave loading Role Overview The Security Architecture Analyst supports the protection of information, systems and services that underpin critical community outcomes across NSW. Working closely with technical, governance and business stakeholders, the role contributes to building and maintaining a solid cyber security posture across a complex and diverse service delivery setting. Key Responsibilities
- Cyber and information security risk assessments and conduct security reviews.
- Contribute to governance reporting and risk acceptance processes.
- Support compliance with relevant policies, standards and certifications.
- Assist with audit and assurance activities and participate in Third‑Party Cyber Risk Assessments (TPCRA).
- Analyse controls, prepare explicit advice and reports, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to balance security, risk and operational needs. Qualifications
- Experience in cyber security, information security architecture or security assurance, with a strong background in risk assessment and governance activities.
- Experience working with security standards and frameworks, and ideally exposure to third‑party or supplier cyber risk management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISACA, ACSC or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex security issues, with a team‑oriented, professional approach. Benefits
