We are currently seeking multiple Customer Operations Support Officers to join a high-performing team within a leading Australian bank, based in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within banking operations, with strong training, support, and potential for longer‑term opportunities. About the Role You will play a key role within Everyday Banking Operations, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of critical banking functions. Responsibilities
- Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Handling account maintenance and updates
- Supporting new account setup
- Responding to general customer and internal queries
- Assisting with more complex data processing tasks
- Supporting vulnerable customers with care and urgency
- Helping resolve issues and reconcile accounts This is a high‑volume, process‑driven environment where attention to detail and consistency are key. About You
- Highly reliable and take pride in their work
- Comfortable working in a structured, repetitive setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, resilient, and willing to learn Previous experience in customer service, administration, or banking is beneficial but not essential. What's on Offer
- $38.99 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 9‑am – 5‑pm
- Hybrid working model after initial training period (first 3 months onsite)
