- Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities
- The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.
- Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
- Working towards achieving both your KPI’s and your team’s revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
- Identifying new business and up‑selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.
- Multi‑tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies and platforms
- Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
- Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations. We are looking for an individual with a can‑do attitude who enjoys collaborating closely with clients and has the drive to learn and grow in our company. You will be part of a fast paced and varied Insurance Broking team who love to service our clients and build relationships. The right candidate will be provided with full training and enrolled into Tier 1 if required with ongoing support and guidance throughout their career at Aon. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 1 year experience across the insurance industry
- Sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines
- Passion for helping clients who are serving the community daily
- Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service
- Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work
- A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment
- An all‑rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position
- Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team
- Tier 1 Compliance qualified, is highly desired but not essential
