- $77,824 to $106,187 p.a. (pro rata) + 12% super + leave loading + salary sacrifice

Join Clare Hospital as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, where you'll support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in the operational and clinical leadership of the inpatient unit and ED, promoting safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care. About the Role As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will:
- Provide proficient clinical nursing/midwifery care while supporting day‑to‑day unit leadership
- Assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager with staffing, rostering, leave management, and workforce planning
- Support and guide nursing and midwifery staff, students, and less experienced practitioners
- Promote evidence‑based practice, quality improvement, and safe patient outcomes
- Contribute to service coordination, patient flow, and multidisciplinary collaboration Who Are We Looking For?
- Is registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Has a minimum of three years post‑registration experience or is currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife
- Demonstrates leadership capability and the ability to support and develop others
- Possesses strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
