**About the Role**

As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you’ll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll:

- Prepare and serve a range of **hot and cold beverages** to Muzz Buzz standards.
- Serve **pre-prepared food items** efficiently and safely to customers.
- Take orders and **make customers feel welcome** with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Operate within a **drive-through-only service model**, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences.
- **Keep the store clean** and hygienic, adhering to food safety standards.
- Open and close the store, including handling basic operational tasks.
- Work both collaboratively in a **team environment** and independently when needed.

- Experience as a barista is **not required but ideal**. Full training is provided for all team members!

**Availability**

This role offers:

- A **rotating roster** of up to 25 hours per week.
- Shifts ranging from **3-8 hours**, scheduled between **5:00 AM and 5:00 PM**, including weekends and public holidays.
