**Description**: We are currently seeking a highly motivated administration professional to join our sales team in the role of Packaging and Logistics Coordinator based at our Kent Town office.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Planning, initiating and coordinating the full packaging process from wine allocation and bottling bookings to finished product receival.
- All packaging, products and documents meet Company, regulatory, customer and export mandatory requirements and approvals meet bottling deadlines.
- Investigation of local, national and international suppliers of key packaging materials.
- Purchase of packaging materials for bottling within required timeframes and budget parameters.
- Accurate export and domestic documentation ensuring approvals are received in time to meet vessel dispatch deadlines.
- Databases and systems are accurate and regularly maintained.

**Skills and experience**:

- A basic understanding of the wine bottling or packaging coordination would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High level attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- The ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
