Practice Nurse (Riverton)

Full-time RN or EN Practice Nurse at Riverton Family Doctors. Riverton Family Doctors is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Practice Nurse (EN or RN) to join our supportive and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to a positive clinical environment. Full-time Roster Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient triage, assessment, and clinical support to GP(s)
- Conduct immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and care plans
- Assist with chronic disease management
- Perform ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical compliance standards
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice About the Role: You will provide high-quality nursing support to GPs and patients, including:
- Chronic disease management
- Immunisations and wound care
- Health assessments
- Treatment room duties
- Patient triage and care coordination About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous general practice or primary care experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work confidently across different practice settings
