Factory Production Line Worker Berri

Enviroclad Australia are looking to increase our workforce and are seeking motivated people to join our manufacturing team.

We are looking for people that are self-driven, can work independently and can shows initiative with a proactive “get it done” attitude.

It’s key to be honest, reliable and to pay attention to detail. Having good communication skills and a up-to-date mindset on safety is a must to work within our team.

As part of the production team, you will assist in ensuring production targets are met with a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Although it is advantageous to have manufacturing or hands on experience, all of our products and manufacturing techniques are extremely niche, therefore we are more focused on recruiting people with the right personal attributes and training them, rather than someone with experience but doesn’t suit our culture.

You will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks including:

Production line set up and machinery operation

Forklift operation

Manual handling

Picking and packing orders

Preparing products for dispatch

Accurate reporting on smart devices

Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy

Assist in other duties as requested

Qualifications of advantage:

High Risk Forklift License

White Card

This is a casual position, predominately day shift Monday to Friday, mostly full time hours with occasional overtime required. Initially we are offering a casual positions with the opportunity to secure a Full-Time position for the right applicants.

Job Types: Casual, Full-time

Pay: From $30.35 per hour
