You greet shoppers, offer tools and advice, and help turn D.I.Y. ideas into reality. Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding customer experience across the store
- Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
- Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers
- Support and collaborate with the team in a supportive, inclusive environment Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service
- Knowledge of power tools, and/or admin or data‑entry skills (bonus)
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and services, and readiness to help across different areas of the store
- Integrity, safety awareness and commitment to doing your best
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekdays and weekends Salary and Hours Adult pay rate for employees 18 years and older: $28.64 per hour. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Versatile shift patterns covering morning, day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends are required. Application Process
