- Act as the primary customer contact for the end‑to‑end deployment and installation of Dexory's hardware and software platforms.
- Coordinate with customers to plan and schedule installations, encompassing mechanical, electrical, software, and network components.
- Execute on‑site system setup, configuration, calibration, and commissioning in accordance with project specifications. Field Service & Maintenance
- Perform on‑site and off‑site servicing, fault‑finding, and repairs for Dexory robots and associated equipment.
- Develop, implement, and action work instructions for service, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement service plans aligned with Engineering recommendations to maximise fleet uptime.
- Maintain product traceability records and ensure product currency across all client sites. Customer & Team Excellence
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful completion of all deployment and service activities.
- Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Display excellent standards of workmanship and leadership throughout all stages of training and deployment. Documentation & Knowledge
- Develop, maintain, and update installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting documentation for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fulfil additional duties, whether functional or administrative, as assigned by management in a fair and reasonable manner. What We're Looking For Essential
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in electro‑mechanical assembly and field service within a precision industry (e.g. Robotics, Motorsport, Aerospace, Automotive, Railway).
- Proven experience with hardware in operational environments, including system assembly, disassembly, on‑site debugging, and repair.
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills, with demonstrated ability to address technical challenges effectively on customer premises.
- Strong software debugging and problem‑solving skills, with experience supporting hardware‑software integrated systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to client sites domestically and internationally (valid passport without travel restrictions required).
- Impeccable attention to detail and a driven, flexible attitude to working hours and location.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and to lead a team through challenging situations.
- Full, clean driving licence. Desirable
- Prior experience with autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications.
- Familiarity with business software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with manufacturing software such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Linux operating system experience.
