The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Drive learning strategies that support organisational change and performance development.
E-Learning & Instructional Design:
Lead engaging e-learning projects using digital media and adult learning principles.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and enhance learning programs based on feedback and performance data.
Vendor Management:
Partner with external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support the Learning & Development Coordinator.
What You’ll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior L&D; role within a complex organisation.
Expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital content development.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certifications in Instructional Design, LMS, or e-Learning Development (highly desirable).
